Am I committing to a year when I start?+
No. You pay for one month at the regular price. When it ends, you choose: the annual partnership, staying monthly, or stopping. Nothing turns into a year without your signature.
Why isn’t the first month part of the year?+
To keep both decisions clean. Month one is a straight test at the regular price. The year is 12 new months at 20% off, starting the day your first month ends, with the same team and no gap. That is 13 months of service in total, with no credits to work out.
What exactly does the delivery guarantee cover?+
The turnaround time of every request type listed in our terms. Each missed turnaround earns a day of service credit. Two misses within any 60 days give you the right to end the annual agreement and get back the time you haven’t used, at the annual rate you paid. It covers our deadlines, not sales or ad results. What counts as a missed deadline?+
A request that is active, with the full brief and materials in, and passes its turnaround without delivery. Waiting on your feedback, scope changes and events outside our reasonable control don’t count, and a revision of the same request isn’t a second miss. Every request and due time is logged in your workspace, so the record decides.
Can I leave the annual plan for other reasons?+
Yes. If you cancel for any other reason, we refund what you paid minus the months used, charged at the regular monthly price. A month that has started counts as used. See cancellation terms.
Is this the same as the 3-day free trial?+
No. The free trial on our main site is for monthly plans. The partnership starts with a paid month planned on a call, because you are evaluating a full year of work, not a few requests.
Can my agency use this for its clients?+
Yes. Agency Partner includes unlimited client brands, white-label delivery and three active requests at a time. Files are unbranded, an NDA is available on request, and we never contact your clients.
What isn’t included?+
Filming or UGC with actors, 3D, videos longer than 3 minutes, back-end and app development, large print jobs and running your paid media. Third-party costs such as stock, fonts and hosting are separate, and taxes or bank fees may apply.
